When we got to the hotel to check in, we were notified that there was no hot water, and it had been that way for 2 days, we were sent an email around noon that day but we left in the morning for the hotel and would not of been checking emails while we were driving, they had no backup for us, no alternative, would not give us a deal, cheaper price, partial refund, nothing, I could not find another hotel unless i was paying a lot of money that last minute. We ended up having to stay, the room was clean and nice, but not being able to shower after having a long drive was not nice.
We did go use the pool, and it was warm, luckily. The sauna was working but needs a glam up, the hot tub is out of service and has plant in it, which was strange.
The breakfast area was freezing cold, there was no heat in that room and the employee was working in a winter coat, breakfast was ok, nothing too exciting, and no gluten free options (which i wasn't surprised). So glad we were only staying overnight. But very disappointed.
