Lavender House offers accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis, with 11 Hotel rooms and a self contained cottage along with the Summer House, most requirements can be met with. Most of our rooms are air conditioned and have flat screen televisions and all rooms are en-suite with Tea/Coffee facilities. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
