Vakantie en citytrip naar Newsham

An amazing first time at Dakota Newcastle. Parking was easy, although the 10p additional booking fee seems a bit cheeky. Reception was great. The staff were polite and courteous. The room was fantastic, with probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in. A very spacious and well equipped bathroom. All in an excellent stay.

Staff were very helpful and polite. However the room we stayed in was dated and needed work. There was cracks/paint chipping in the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom door kept getting jammed on the floor and the sink was missing the cover. The shower also leaked onto the floor after use. The bed was comfortable for one night however the pillows were flat. The swimming pool was well maintained and kept clean at all times. However going for a swim was not ideal with children jumping in the way. Food was amazing cant recommend the rib room server was pleasant. Breakfast was very good as well and the waiting staff kept the place very clean

Ontbijt was triestig!
