'Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken. Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon, prachtig uitzicht op het ballpark was fantastisch. Bedden waren wel wat...

'Everything was Clean and well kept! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Only complaint we have, was this is the only hotel we have ever stayed in where you could hear people walking (stomping) around in the room above you! Other than that nice hotel!'

'I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna.'

'We mistakenly came while a game was going on and it was extremely difficult to get to the hotel as roads were blocked and none of the officers would move them even though we had a reservation and had to use the road to get to the hotel. Other than that it was wonderful and they gave us a ballpark view which the kids lived.'

'Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. '

'It was our second stay at this location. Excellent for walking to many attractions. We were in town to see the Reds. If you’re looking for a quiet location then this isn’t the place for you. Lots of street and traffic noise.'

'Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park.'
