Inside, modern convenience meets coastal charm. The spacious main living area welcomes you with warm natural light, cozy seating, and a Smart TV perfect for winding down after a day at the beach or a productive day of work. A gas fireplace adds extra comfort on cool coastal evenings.

The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials to cook and feel at home — from a full-size fridge and oven to a dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and toaster. You’ll find plenty of cookware, spices, and a bar area with seating, so meals and morning coffee feel effortless.

Each bedroom is designed for rest and privacy. The primary suite features a plush California King bed and serene vibes, offering a quiet place to recharge. The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a Twin bed with a pull-out trundle, ideal for guests, kids, or extra workspace flexibility.

If you wish to extend your stay beyond 35 nights, please reach out to the host to discuss the possibility of an extension.

Guest Access & Parking:
You’ll have full access to the home except for the garage. There’s a private driveway with parking for up to 3 vehicles, and step-free entry makes unloading a breeze. Please note, no street parking is available.

Additional Details:
This home includes 3 outdoor security cameras (facing outward only), no air conditioning (typical for the coast), and the primary bedroom is accessible via stairs.

Additional guests not listed on original booking:
Please be aware if additional guests wish to stay in the home an extra fee will apply for a maximum of 5 guests, as 5 guests maximum is stated in the listing. Host must be informed prior to additional guest(s) arrival. For instance- if the original booking was for 3 guests but 5 guests stay the night, a $100/night fee will apply per additional guest that was not on the original booking. Please reach out to the host prior to the additional overnight guest(s) arrival to discuss payment. If the host is not informed prior to additional overnight guests arrival, an additional $100 fee per night will apply.
