🐾 Pet Policy
There is an additional pet fee of £50 per pet.

Pets are welcome, but we kindly ask that they are supervised and that the property is kept in great condition throughout the stay. Please also take care to avoid any damage caused by the pets. If any damage occurs, we may need to charge for the cost of repairs or replacement.

📝 Pre Check-In Form (Mandatory):
All guests must complete the pre check-in form prior to arrival. This is required for legal, safety, and verification purposes. Bookings cannot be confirmed and check-in cannot be granted until the form has been completed.

Please treat the home with care and respect throughout your stay. Any damage, loss, or missing items identified during or after your stay may result in additional charges.

🗑️ Bin Collection – Every Thursday:
Please follow the bin collection schedule and the instructions below to ensure the bins are collected:

1. Place all bins out by 7:30 AM every Thursday.
2. Keep all bin lids fully closed.
3. Do not overfill the bins or leave any side waste.
Blue bin: Recyclable waste only (paper, cardboard, cans, and plastic bottles).
Green bin: General household waste.
Brown bin (if provided/subscribed): Garden waste only.

Please refer to the Guest Guide for the bin collection point and any additional instructions.

⏰ Check-In / Check-Out Requests:
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. These are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees if approved.
