These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your doorstep, you will enjoy being moments away from world-class tasting rooms, restaurants, and other exciting attractions. Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located in the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Do note the Yamhill Flats are located on the second floor of this historic building, and there is no elevator available.

Flat #3: This one-bedroom suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. Featuring a modern kitchen, dining nook, living room with electric fireplace, and plush couch for ample seating, these sophisticated suites provide space for relaxation and privacy. The adjacent bedroom offers a queen bed, ample clothing storage, and a second television. The en-suite bathroom features a standing shower, lots of lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer. 

This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). Our flat was clean, stylish, & comfortable. The host left a welcoming hand written note with popcorn & wine welcome gifts. The rooms were clean, stylish, & comfortable. The kitchen had tea & coffee. The first night we slept great. The second night there was noisy people outside & police siren. The bed squeaked . I would still stay again for the comfort, cleanliness, & location near my brother’s home. Thank you for your hospitality.

Came to town to visit family for two weeks. This is a great location. Everything is a short walk away. Including the grocery. Comfortable space, except I suggest a step ladder be available in the common area. I had to climb on a chair to reach water glasses and other items in the kitchen cabinets. Also, be careful coming up the stairs if you have a larger suitcase. I do plan on returning here for my next visit. Perhaps one of the other Yamhill flats.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and it’s always very nice. We have never had any issues. We came during a heat wave and they had the ac on for our arrival. The staircase is a little quirky but it adds to the charm.

My flight was cancelled due to horrific snow in Portland. I was able to easily change the reservation over to my sister and her husband as they were coming for the same reason as I. Everyone was very helpful and my sister raves about the cleanliness and location and wonderful correspondence with the owners. Perfect!

We stayed at this property for several days on our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was the perfect size for the two of us, with enough space if one wanted to stay up later or such without disturbing the other person. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. There are several bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance and Newberg was a great base for our wine tasting adventures. There was even a bottle of wine and some local coffee to welcome us!
