Don’t bother with the breakfast. This was hands down the worst breakfast buffet of my life. The coffee was so disgusting that I had to spit it back in the cup! Better grab something at the airport.

Cet hôtel semble tout neuf. Ameublement moderne. Plancher flottant. Super propre. Très tranquille. Se bémol. Le stationnement est obligatoirement avec valet et coûte $25 us/nuit. C'est très dispendieux. J'ai adoré mon expérience et le recommanderait.

Sinon l'hotel est propre, le service est excellent, les gens sont extraordinaires

It is a great value. I think you get great bang for your buck. Guest service is exceptional. This is my second stay and both times the ladies handling check-in have been phenomenal. They really have great guest service skills and are incredibly pleasant and hospitable. The complimentary breakfast is cool. I really only liked the bagels & coffee but my husband enjoyed the waffle, homefries and OJ. The king suite is nearly perfect. Layout is great. Bed far from bathroom with the pillar blocking the sofa a bit…kind of like a partition. Room is not at all cramped. High ceilings lend to room feeling large. AC/heat work great. Bed is super comfortable and the sheets are really good! Bathroom great size with good mirror light and shower water pressure. Only callout for room is the TV would be perfect if it had a movable mount so guests could pull it out for better viewing from the bed. Its pretty soundproofed between rooms too which is top tier. Love the wood like flooring and decor. The gym gets the job done with cardio & dumbells. The restaurant/bar is good. Could use better food & options. Not having french fries is strange and the buffalo wings were terrible. Definitely too large and rubbery. However, staff is great and very gracious. With good food the place would be a perfect night in. The area is industrial but don’t be deterred. I felt safe and sound. Just don’t plan to walk anywhere day and definitely not at night. Plan to Uber or drive. Parking is 25.00 daily. Book it!!!!

Expedia representative number 1 was not helpful in rearranging booked date due to air strike in Paris. He could not resolve the cancellation charge and said there were no rooms available for the next day. The second representative was much better At least she gave me a phone number and insurance information. And there were rooms available. I May not use Expedia again. Very hard to work with when there is an issue.

We had difficulty finding the shuttle but once at the hotel it was great. All the staff was very friendly, the entire property fresh and new. Our room was lovely with comfortable beds. Even the bathroom was spotless and upscale.

It took a little bit longer to get the hotel shuttle than expected, however I know others had to be picked up & it's a busy airport. I was very glad that there was a hotel shuttle available.

we had big problems with billing. my partner was charged twice on his credit card. We went down to the lobby 5 times to resolve this problem and the owner was not there to resolve it. She promised to fix the problem after her meeting, then promised to do it from home. She said she was going to send an email right now. We have not received anything. Today we are back at our house with double billing. No one has written to us or called us back and I find that really irresponsible.

The staff was amazing and even stored our luggage at no extra cost. Our room did have a giant support beam which was odd, but the room was still quite nice. Restaurant was great. Only thing that was disappointing was there wasn’t really anything in a walkable distance

The hotel room appeared clean (although it has scuff marks on walls from previous visitors), and it was spacious for a handicapped accessible room. The staff remained respectful. But, the room itself was not completely handicapped accessible. -The bed moved easily anytime we sat on it (which was very dangerous for my elderly grandparent that was sleeping in it.) - The bathroom shower had a high step in, & not a walk-in shower. The pictures of the room I saw when I booked was of a walk-in shower and I did not get it. -It was hard for my grandparent to get up from the toilet as it did not have handle bars in the right places. For ex. there was a handle bar behind/ on top of the toilet. I dont know how handicapped people are supposed to use that. -Lastly, there was an incident where my grandmother fell on Comfort Inn property, right in front of the ramp as well as in the room. Both times we had to call EMT services and my grandmother ended up in the emergency room. Comfort inn security gueaed saw us struggling and didn't offer to help or call an ambulance for us. He did not even report the incident. Once I reported it to staff, I recieved excuses to absolve themselves from making a report or taking some kind of accountability, and a discount on the extra night we had to stay there since I couldn't make an 8 hour drive after being up all night at in the ER. -Its extremely inconvenient to ONLY have valet parking.

Same breakfast items each day gets old when staying 6 days. Pepperoni pizza from restaurant had 1-2 pepperonis on each slice-boo! Had to ask for new towels, soap, toilet paper, etc as no one cleaned our room in a week. Bed linens were changed once as scheduled. Housekeepers said they didn’t speak English when we asked them questions. Nothing to do in the area without transportation. Parking should be included in price. Valet in and out inconvenient each day. One day, we were given someone else’s keys. Another day they couldn’t find our keys. Plan ahead if you need in/out services. Normandee was excellent to work with in SNAP transportation!

Just minor things like not being able to switch off aircon and TV screen (it still had a faint glow). Maybe a carpet would be more homely? Breakfast was good but some foods ran out towards the end.
