The staff is friendly and attentive. Our accessible room was clean and roomy. This isn't a cookie-cutter place and the furnishings and decorations are fun and quirky, leaving us with more questions for the engaging staff. Gorgeous views from our room, the rooftop and all around the site.
The lobby restaurant staff is especially great. We enjoyed the continental breakfast options (ordered & served, not self-serve) and note that the granola is top-notch. Breakfast hours of operation until 2pm fit our leisurely breakfast routine well.
It's a short walk/stroll to the Tram and Ferry and a little further on to the train (which wasnt operating fully Q1 2024) however there was a MTA bus option and also a free Red Bus that travels around Roosevelt Island. All were fully accessible and helpful when requested.
