Wonderful communicative host, ideal location, spotless, and well-stocked!! The building is very mixed, but the apartment was everything we needed.

The apartment is in a great location. Fantistic grocery, deli, restaurants, cross town bus, and subway only a block away. The living space is small but worked for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was helpful to have a washing machine. The only thing you might want to know is that the apartment in the photo isn't the apartment we stayed in. It was 95% the same. I think the outfit may have two very similar units in the building and used the same photos for both. For example, the appliances are all the same but in a different order. Cabinets were the same but a different color. Bathroom was identical. There are only 3 material differences ... 1) the couch is smaller than pictured (only seats 2 people) 2) one of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds not a queen 3) they have a "late arrival fee of 50 after 7pm" that isn't listed in the ad. The host was very responsive. It was a positive experience.
