Important Beach Update
The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.
Lovely updated, open 2 bedroom 2 bath veranda. The living room has all new furniture. A large flat-screen TV. Easy-to-open sliders that lead to the screened-in veranda. The kitchen is bright and cheery. The dining area has seating for 4. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large flat-screened TV, and sliders to the veranda. The master bath has double sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds and its own private bath with a tub/shower combo. It also has sliders that access the veranda. The screened-in veranda has a table with seating for 2. Tile throughout. Full-sized washer/dryer. Internet.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!
Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's. Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach. One-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques can be found within a short drive or bike ride on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street.
