We had an amazing stay! This is our second week long staycation at this facility. It feels like a second home. It’s in a wonderful location. It’s only a mile away from the local Publix. There are lots of restaurants and fun activities. We love the ocean front apartments, where almost every view out the window is the beautiful ocean. There are two full size pools and two kiddie pools so there is plenty of room for everyone. Our family of 6 fits perfectly and everyone had a bed. There are plenty of dishes, cookware & towels. They even provided beach towels, beach towels, lots of games for families to play together.

Family Vacation

Maggie was very responsive to all requests and the property was amazing. We had a group of 35 celebrating the 4th of July and 3 birthdays and we could not have asked for a better location or place to stay! We are talking about already booking the same location for next year!

Excellent property in the New Smyrna ara

We have quite the group with 5 children under 12 and stay in new Smyrna numerous times annually. This property and stay is one of the nicer choices with the multiple pools, carol maintained property, and overall layout with the beach there is not many that offer the full package we enjoy. The views from the specific room we stayed in was also one of the best. Just feet from the water on some of the cleanest parts of the beach with good fishing, no cars, and great shell and marine life exploring both day and night.

Amazing Location!

This condo had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies to beach supplies…..it had an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom and it is steps from the elevator on the third floor….once taking the elevator to the first floor, we were steps from the pools and the beach….I would stay there again in a heartbeat! There is also a quick 5 minute walk to a Dollar General Market, Italian restaurant, ice cream shop and surf shop….and Flagler Avenue is just a couple miles away:) It was very clean and the hosts were beyond accommodating….we are so happy with our stay there!
