Coronado Arms is a small complex with only two levels and balconies overlooking the pool and courtyard. The pool, heated seasonally, offers plenty of seating to enjoy the Florida sun and offers a refreshing way to end your day after a long day at the beach. There is a gas bar-b-que grill and picnic area to enjoy meals with friends and family while enjoying your time at the pool. Onsite, coin operated, washers/dryers are available for use during your stay.

Coronado Arms is perfectly situated right in the heart of New Smyrna's beachside town. A short walk or bike ride will have you within minutes of shopping, dining, and everything that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. A must-see, historic Flagler Avenue, is only minutes from your front door and features several boutiques, one-of-a-kind eateries, art galleries, and the area's nightlife. The Publix shopping center is also nearby making it easy to stock up on groceries for your visit. Right across the street is Callalisa Park which offers easy access to the Intracoastal for Kayak and Paddleboard enthusiasts.
