A dedicated workspace with its own door makes this equally practical for those blending work and travel. Room-darkening shades, a safe, and ample clothing storage - including a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser - round out the essentials.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests, each dressed in plush bed linens with room-darkening shades for restful nights. Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and fresh towels - everything you need from the moment you arrive.
 
Kitchen & dining
Cook with ease in a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Frigidaire refrigerator, Whirlpool electric stove, Whirlpool single oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, a hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and baking sheet are all on hand. Pull up a chair at the dining table or take your meal outside to the outdoor dining area on the rear deck.
 
Outdoor living
The fully fenced backyard is a genuine retreat. A private heated pool - open all year, 24 hours, and stocked with pool toys - anchors the space, surrounded by outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ grill. Whether you're hosting an alfresco dinner or spending an afternoon poolside, the privacy of the fenced yard makes it all the more relaxing. Out front, the porch with rocking chairs is a classic New Orleans perch for people-watching or unwinding with a book.
 
Family & practical extras
Families traveling with little ones will find a Pack 'n Play/travel crib and folding or convertible high chair available upon request, along with babysitter recommendations. In-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, and a first aid kit add everyday convenience. The property also features exterior security cameras, a Ring camera by the front door, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher for peace of mind. Self check-in via smart lock and free on-site and street parking make arrivals effortless.
