Take in the city's charm and energy from one of two expansive balconies, each adorned with a spacious gazebo, offering breathtaking views of the cityscape. On cooler evenings, you can cozy up by the outdoor fireplace for a memorable experience.

Atmospheric New Orleans vibe

The decor had lots of flair, and the location good, but also close to a bit seedier side. This is someone's current home, so drawers and closets and bathrooms filled with other's personal possessions. It felt like being a guest in someone else's place. There were not many amenities like good coffee or other essentials and no instructions for the large TV's in all the bedrooms. The decor nice and beds comfortable though.

Love this Vrbo. Will definitely stay here again. Great eclectic safe neighborhood close to everything u want to do, but quiet enough to rest up to hit the town again. Juan was awesome only a text away and the entire place feels like pure New Orleans jubilee inside and out.

This property is not nearly as nice as it is made to seem. It is dark, the furniture is worn, it seems small, and the layout is weird. And it is directly above a sketchy-looking massage parlor. When my wife refused to stay there, Juan promised us a refund. 2 weeks later, he still has not made good on his promise.

Nice quiet property to stay at and very nice host. We had an enclosed place to park the vehicle so no worries leaving our belongs there. The beds slept very well also. The pictures were almost spot on, could have been pictures from the other unit listed being there's an A and B unit but not too far off. Great stay over all.

Excellent stay in Uptown

Apartment is very clean and well cared for on the second floor. When the sky is clear it receives a ton of light -- complimented by the outdoor space which perfect to sip coffee in the morning. During our visit there was exercise equipment on the first floor, which saved walking to the gym. The kitchen is amazing, with a very good fridge and beast of a stove. Juan was absolutely perfect as a host, very communicative and welcoming.
