I'm very unhappy,firstly when I book my reservation my reservation state I can cancel at anytime and rewarded full refund I even included my insurance in case something else came up. Upon arrival to the Blake hotel at 8pm I arrive at the front desk to check iim ,I asked the reception where so I park since we drove I was told to park my vehicle I will have to use the valet parking for 37dollars per night I advise her when I booked my reservation it never stated customer are responsible for valwt parking per night of we have to use the Publix garage where as you will have to pay the garage atip I told her if that the case I will like to cancel my reservation.the rep mention to me I will have to charge as a no show . I was livid but kept my cool because it was my birthday celebration . I pulled up the itinerary and there policy I asked her to show where in the booking policy it stated I will have to be charge as a no show because I decided to not continueu stay due to the parking fees. She pause and stated I will have to speak tp my manager. If I can wait she went to speak to her manager ce back and advise due to their own in house rules I will be charge as a no show even if I show up . I'm disappointed with the experience and yet she stayed she will not charge me but did vhargey credit card for the one night. My recommendation to everyone becareful of this hotel hidden tricks to steal from customers. And I will be complain to connicinuy Connecticut BBB
