'Wij verbleven op de 25e verdieping. De eerste dag was de kamer extreem warm (ongeveer 28/29 graden) doordat de ventilatie niet werkte. Hierdoor werd ik zelfs ziek. Na een melding zijn we de volgende dag verplaatst naar een andere kamer. Daar werkte de ventilatie wel, maar het bleef warm en het systeem was storend. Daarnaast was het toilet bijna elke ochtend verstopt, waardoor we eerst de conciërge en een loodgieter moesten laten komen voordat we het toilet konden gebruiken. Dit was erg...

'This is a lovely Japanese style hotel. Nice and neat room layout brings breezing feelings. The receptionist is so friendly and always helpful. The owner of the hotel can chat with us in English fluently. Very convenient surroundings: lots of delicious food under stairs and just about 10 min talk to the subway station. Will definitely stay again if visiting Chengdu again.'
