Newly constructed quaint cabins located on River Road between the 2nd and 3rd Guadalupe River crossings in New Braunfels. This location is famous for tubing…we are above the “chutes”. This is your home away from home. Relax out on the deck to take is all the sites and sounds of the Texas Hill Country, or gear up for a fun filled tube ride down the river. Tube rental is walking distance. This cabin does not have direct river access, if you rent tubes from Mountain breeze just 150 yards away, they will provide you with a wristband that gives you permission to use their direct river access. The “Sunflower Cabin" is right next door and sleeps 6 so if you need accommodations for 12…this is the place to be!! There is a 3rd house on this property “Red Barn" that sleeps 14. If you rent all 3 you can accommodate 26 guests!

This cozy cabin has an open living/dining/kitchen space. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home including a Keurig 12 cup & K cup combo coffee maker. Owners have provided a child's highchair and Pac N Pay for convenience. There is a dining table seating 6, a futon and a twin trundle (living room sleeps 4) There is a queen bed in the master bedroom. Full bathroom with a tub shower combo. Streaming TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi that was updated March of 2024 and is much stronger now. Cell Phone Service is very spotty in this area. No refunds/cancellations for outages. Firepit (bring your own wood) and corn hole onsite to use as well!

This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 3 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home may be monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.


The house is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown New Braunfels, historic Gruene and Schlitterbahn water park. Shopping is just 20 minutes away at the outlet Malls of San Marcos. Nearby attractions in San Antonio include the Alamo, Fiesta Texas, and the famous San Antonio River Walk, just 30 minutes away. You are also a short 45 minute drive from the state capital of Austin, and all it has to offer. In New Braunfels, you will never run out of things to do!
