Internet is available with WLAN. Bicycles brought along can be safely stored. The property has two small ponds that invite you to relax in the summer. The municipality of Neureichenau charges a visitor's tax. This tourist tax must be collected by the landlord. The municipality of Neureichenau provides e-bikes for hire as well as a nearby camoing area. Icelandic horses can be rented in the immediate vicinity, the corresponding forest paths are free for riding.

The property is located in the border triangle of Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic. In Austria, the Mühlenviertel is easily accessible and Linz is 70 km away.
