This special place is build in the 11th century. The Borgo of Masserano is beyond beautiful with bright variety of colours. It's close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
Milan, Turin and Lago Maggiore within a 1 hour drive.
The nearest citys are Biella (20min) and Gattinara (20min).
The house is on 200m walking distance from a bakery, restaurant, local supermarket and (coffee) bar.

The entrance of the apartment is provided with a lockbox so you can enter the house (24/7). The apartment is spread over two floors, the total size is approximately 100m2.

The outside of the building is just repainted (April 2022) in bright yellow with brown window shutters.

When you enter the hallway (repainted in June 2022) on ground floor you will find a small stairway which will lead you to the front door of the apartment.
To enter the apartment you will have to climb quite narrow stairs. This will bring you to the second floor. Also the Borgo, the ancient part of the town is hilly and a car can only be parked at 100m distance. You can drop off your stuff in front of the house, but you can't park there.

Entering the apartment you will have the stairs on your left and the living room with a romantic fireplace in front of you. One of the things I really love about the apartment, also the beautiful half-round traditional ceiling.

Next to the living room you will have the kitchen and a bathroom, the kitchen is well equipped. There is a stainless steel 5 pits stove (SMEG), an oven, freezer, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of glasses, plates, pans and cutlery.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower-head. A washing machine with dryer (all-in-one). Which you can use whenever you like. A toilet, bidet and a sink with mirror.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is the master with a kingsize bed. This 35m2 bedroom has a beautiful wooden floor and lots of closet space with plenty of cloth hangers. Also a make-up table right next to the bed with a beautiful big mirror.

The other bedroom has 2 single beds and a very nice view over the vineyards and roofs of Masserano. Right next to the balcony, there is an office set-up. An extendable desk with a screen (with HDMI-cable) and the WiFi router right on top of the desk for excellent reception. The WiFi speed is very good (up to 70Mbps).

First floor provides: Living room, kitchen and bathroom. Second floor provides: two bedrooms. So on the second floor there is no toilet or bathroom, you will have to take the stairs one floor down.
