'The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. 'Everything is to enjoy at this hotel. Staff is kind, helpful, friendly. Parking could not be easier (in front of the hotel), To beach, just go down some stairs. My husband needed a cough medicine; the pharmacy was a two-minute walking. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and there are a few other restaurants around if you want a change. Additionally, it is a quick drive to old town Nessebar, a place that must be visited. '

'Staff went out of way to contact me about my arrival to see if I needed help, as well as she allowed us to check in quite early. Room in great condition. Staff offered us discount vouchers to local restaurants, and gave recommendations as to what to do around town. She also taught us some basic Bulgarian, extremely nice. '
