Once inside, double doors lead into the open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a feature fireplace and stone effect wall, and a dining table, chairs and patio doors leading to the pool terrace are on one side. The fully equipped kitchen is off the hall, featuring a table with chairs and all the mod cons needed to whip up a family meal. The five bedrooms are all on the first floor, including the standout double master ensuite that has access to a terrace overlooking the pool.
A lot of time will no doubt be spent by the swimming pool, which has underwater seating where you relax and cool down, perhaps sipping on a cocktail! If you need a break from splashing about or relaxing on a sun lounger, try your hand at table tennis or brush up on your pool playing skills, whilst enjoying the warm sunshine. To one side of the pool there is a covered barbecue and kitchen area, as well as alfresco dining facilities underneath the covered terrace. The villa is in a convenient location just a few minutes' walk from a bread shop and mini market, and a five-minute drive from Nerja’s centre, hosting an abundance of bars, shops and restaurants around the Balcon de Europa. The nearest beach is the sandy Burriana beach just over a mile away, with watersports and waterfront bars.
To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. The path to the poolside is 70cm wide. The exteriors are a little uneven due to the tiles and flooring. There are a few steps around the terrace, as can be seen in the images. There is 1 down from the shaded terrace areas to the poolside. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
