Appartement avec vue imprenable sur la mer

Appartement de 100m ² avec deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bains avec douche de plain-pied, salon avec télévision à écran plat, une grande salle à manger avec cheminée pour 6 personnes et gouttière cuisine entièrement équipée. Tous les espaces sont ou climatisation, le chauffage. Machine à laver, sèche-linge et lave-vaisselle sont disponibles.
La grande terrasse de 55 m² est orientée au sud et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. Il a un écran solaire, table à manger et 4 chaises avec dossier réglable, ainsi qu'une table de bar avec trois tabourets de bar réglables en hauteur, deux chaises longues avec coussins, douche extérieure et barbecue.
Dans l'appartement il y a: chaise de plage, chaise de plage, parasols, jouets de plage pour les enfants, et des matelas d'air, des balles et une augmentation de l'enfant pour l'évier. Livres, livres et jouets pour enfants sont disponibles.
L'appartement est situé dans un très beau quartier résidentiel bien entretenu, à 300 mètres de la plage et à 2 km du centre (service de bus toutes les heures pour 1, - €, taxi pour 8, -. € min à pied le long de la plage à environ 30 minutes)
La piscine communale est équipée de parasols gratuits et des chaises longues et des douches et des toilettes. Parking disponible.

Bien que cet objet est malheureusement wuderschön mais en raison de l'emplacement est pas accessible aux handicapés (accessible par des escaliers).

Belle terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer
Appartement confortable, climatisé et bien équipé pour cuisiner. Charmante terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Situé dans un très joli site fleuri près de la plage, de Nerja et de beaux villages blancs dans des montagnes splendides.

Lugar para relajarse con sus vistas.
Vistas inmejorables, espectaculares. El apartamento está muy bien equipado con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y en cada habitación aire acondicionado. Muy recomendable, un sitio para repetir. Hemos estado encantados!

Excellent apartment
This is a lovely apartment set in a picturesque urbanisation Very well equipped apartment with a fantastic large terrace and amazing view of the sea. Slightly too far to walk into Nerja in the high summer heat but easy to use taxis or buses to get there. Easy walk to the beach and a couple of lovely restaurants close by. We had a fantastic week’s holiday, thank you Britta.

Fantastischer Blick aufs Meer
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und in der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Der Höhepunkt ist die große Terrasse, die man von mehreren Räumen aus betreten kann und die über einen tollen Meerblick verfügt. Die Wohnung ist nur über Treppen erreichbar und es empfiehlt sich ein Auto zu mieten. Parkplätze waren kein Problem. Die Vermieterin gab uns viele nützliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und war auch sonst erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir können das Apartment wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Super Aufenthalt!!!
Wir hatten 4 wunderbare Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Evtl. sollte man an Spülmaschinentabs denken, wobei wir unser Paket dagelassen haben, vll. können da noch einige Nachmieter davon profitieren ;-) Die Unterkunft verfügt über 4 Klimaanlagen, sodass man überall eine angenehme Temperatur herstellen kann. Die Aussicht ist wirklich fantastisch. WLAN vorhanden und sehr stabil. Wir hatten einen Leihwagen, es war aber nie ein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden. Der Pool liegt, falls ihn jemand sucht wie wir, auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite unterhalb der Häuser. Eingang ist über eine Treppe gegenüber der Mülltonnenboxen.

Fantastic
House with magnificent views of the sea, well equipped, large and beautiful terrace. It has two double rooms and two complete bathrooms. It is a bit far from the center of Nerja, where you have to go by car, but it is a very quiet area to sleep. the community pool is big and fantastic

Great location in Nerja
There are 4 restaurants and a British ex-pat pub all in walking distance. Don't let the hills scare you. A pleasant 1.5 km walk along the beach gets you to Nerja. Go a little further to Playa de Burriana and Ayo for Paella and grilled sardines.

Pretty little place just north of Nerja
We enjoyed our stay. Definitely needed a car but we enjoyed being a little bit away from town. We didn’t mind the stairs even though we are all in our 70’s! All the nearby restaurants were very good and there was bus line close by. Easy checkin instructions, beds were comfortable and would recommend.

This was a gorgeous location! The view cannot be beat. You definitely need a car if you’re going to stay here, which we had and I knew already based on previous reviews. One thing that I somehow missed was that there are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment. Not a dealbreaker but I might’ve thought twice about booking it only because we are both older with bad knees. The place is a perfect spot to get away from the more touristy areas and it was comfortable and nice!

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige minpunt aan het verblijf was het sterk verouderde bed met een heel slecht matras, het deed zeer bij het liggen.

Lovely apartment with great view
The apartment was a really lovely place to stay. The terrace was so nice for sitting out and sunbathing, we used to bbq one night as well which was a lovely thing to have. The pool area was lovely and well maintained and always pretty quiet, it was great as well that there were clean toilets right next to the pool area so you didn’t have to go back to the apartment. The only downside was that we didn’t have a car, which we had planned on renting but for various reasons we didn’t, and it was really tricky getting around. We managed to get the bus from the bottom of the hill into Nerja few times, which was handy but it was often quite late and didn’t run very regularly. Taxis from Nerja were also often tricky to find. There is a little minimart in the hotel down the road but the walk is a slog and it has very little in it, really you need to access the supermarkets in Nerja for anything decent. There is a lovely restaurant at the bottom of the hill, the Mirador, which we would really recommend. Also, it is very very hilly - we are young and in decent shape and it was tough getting up and down the hill, which is something to be aware of. Britta was so helpful and flexible with checking in and out. If we had had a car it would have been perfect, and it was our fault that we didn’t, and would recommend it as a place to stay if you rent a car.

Relaxing stay with a beautiful view
A spacious and well furnished apartment which provided the relaxation and comfort we needed. The communication with Britte was very reassuring making the check in smooth and straightforward. The Urbanisation is just away from the main road so it is quiet; the apartments and gardens are well established and very pretty. The kitchen was well set up to cater there if desired. We ate at The Garden in Frigiliana and at the bottom of the hill El Mirador del Guiche which both provided wholesome and tasty local fare. The shared pool area with independent toilets are clean and well maintained. We hope to return.

Schöne große Wohnung mit interessantem Zuschnitt, Zugang allerdings nur über 45 Stufen. Einzigartiger Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin. Gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr zu empfehlen!
Die Wohnung ist super geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, fehlt an nichts. Das Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit Meerblick, auf der man sich sonnen kann. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und freundlich. Was man wissen sollte - der Aufgang zur Wohnung ist nicht behindertengerecht, für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Gehfähigkeit eventuell nicht so geeignet.

Tolle Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung
Wir bedanken uns für eine sehr schöne Zeit in Nerja! Die Wohnung ist top und die Ausstattung super. Ob Frühstück auf der riesigen Terrasse oder eine Kunststoff-Dose um etwas einzupacken. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Beide Bäder sind toll ausgestattet und sauber. Es gab auch ausreichend Handtücher. Bei Problemen war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin perfekt. Gerne wieder :-)
