'Perfectly positioned to explore the old town and walk out to Mon Repos. Restaurants and bars on the doorstep but no problem with noise. Really comfortable bed and excellent shower. Most importantly the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Not sure where to stay? Stay here!!'

'To start on a positive note, the staff was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, our overall experience with the hotel, the room and the communication with management/owner was disappointing. We stayed in the Libro d’Oro suite, and upon arrival, one of the toilets was already broken. We were told it couldn’t be fixed during our stay.
