Riversong City Retreat - right on the edge of town

Riversong is located next to the beautiful Maitai River which flows through Nelson City. This peaceful location in the quiet residential neighbourhood of The Wood is right on the edge of the central city, a 5 minute walk to Nelson's rich array of cafes, shops and restaurants.

This two bedroomed townhouse is fully equipped to ensure that it feels like a home away from home. The sunny living room has windows to the north and west ensuring all day sun. With views over the flower filled garden to the tree-lined Maitai River this is a wonderful spot to relax with a book, listen to some music or watch a selection of TV channels on Freeview on the 32" LED flat screen TV. The living room also has a dining table to seat 4 people. Wifi is free!

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. Pantry basics are provided along with a selection of locally produced goodies including Sublime plunger coffee, Pic's Peanut Butter, extra virgin Olive Oil, dukkah, gourmet mustard, and locally made jam and chutney. However if you've forgotten anything the nearest supermarket is only a 3 minute walk away, and the Milton St Dairy, Milton St fish and chip shop and the Sprig and Fern pub are within 5 mins walk.

The two bedrooms have comfortable beds with pillow topped matresses and feature quality cotton linen. Each bedroom has a built in wardrobe, bedside tables and bedside lights.

The refurbished bathroom features a shower, vanity, heated towel rail, extractor fan, mirror cabinet and toilet. There is a washing machine and outside covered clothes line for drying laundry.

The peaceful flower filled garden at the front of the property gets all day sun and has lovely views across to the river. Riversong is an ideal city retreat for couples, and children over 9.
