This is a full 2 BR/1 BA home (part of a duplex) stylishly decorated in soothing hues of grays, creams, and natural greens. The living space is open concept - with the kitchen separated from the living room by a counter height bar. The sofa has a full-size pull out section that will sleep 1 adult or 2 children. The 2 bedrooms have cloud-like pillow top queen size beds. The bedside tables have 2 USB plugs and the touch lamps have 3 brightness settings and more plugs in the base. Each bedroom has 2 windows with black out curtains for solitude during daylight hours

There is also a 1 car garage and a full laundry.

Quiet residential neighborhood with a small town feel

This town is not very walkable, so transportation is necessary. Uber and Lyft and taxi services operate in the area in a limited fashion. Allow plenty of time when calling a ride share or schedule your pick-up ahead of time.

EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, please make your request for early check-in before 10am. Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If approved, there will be an additional $25 fee.

LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS: Late check out requests up to 2pm can only be accommodated with prior notification so that I can book my professional cleaning team accordingly. Requests must be made before 5:00 pm the day before check-out. There will be an additional $35 fee (if approved). Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If you are late checking out without approval, then there will be an additional $75 fee for checking out late. For a departure after 2pm, a full 1 night charge is added.
1. ISSUES/CONCERNS/BREAKAGE: Please report any issues to me via email, booking channel messages, or text so that I can promptly attend to them.
2. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: $250 fee
3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the cottage. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
4. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If a party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
