We got in later than we wanted and she went out of her way to make sure we were able to order from their lounge, made calls for us, just was so polite and helpful. « Best lodging I had on my 10-day trip. And lowest price. Only one issue. The room had the newer low-profile Eljer toilet which is too low. I can’t sit on it without getting my bottom wet. »

« This is a newer Fairfield Inn. Convenient to Interstate. Breakfast space is ample. We had a good night's sleep. »

« Reviews must be fluffed up to have an 8 plus rating. Although hotel is being renovated which seems to be an improvement there is a pest control issue. There was a couple of dead bugs at the door then another one in the bathroom the next day, Room wasn’t refreshed or cleaned the next day but there was a tip envelope readily available. Other frustrations included no trash receptacle in the bathroom, plugs on furniture sparked or didn’t work, bed squeaks and no iron or ironing board in the rooms. »

« Great location. Super clean and though I don’t like carpet in a pet friendly room, this one was really fresh. Plenty of safe outdoor space. It was cool enough to leave my dog in the car briefly to run into the buffet and grab some fresh scrambled eggs! »

« The staff at the Columbus Inn were really friendly and helpful. While the room met our needs, it appeared to be in need of some repairs. The toilet paper rack was coming loose from the wall. The hairdryer wouldn't turn on and was in need of cleaning. The TV and A/C worked fine, so we were thankful for those things. Overall, an adequate room with convenient entrance/exits to the parking lot. People were friendly, but our room needed some attention. »

« First time staying here. We love everything about this place! It’s upscale but affordable. It’s located in downtown but has gated, onsite parking. Free drinks and breakfast/supper buffet is fantastic!!! The bed is super comfortable and the suite feels very large. Will definitely recommend and return in the future!! »
