Welcome to WHAT-A-BEACH! This stunning coastal home is the perfect place for a family vacation! This is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that can accommodate up to 12 guests. On the 2nd level, which acts as the main floor, you will find two guest bedrooms with queen beds, one of which has an ensuite, and there is a modern great room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large island, a spacious living room, and a Smart TV. The great room has a large retractable glass sliding door leading out to the main balcony overlooking the private pool with sound views. On the 3rd floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, a Smart TV, an attached bathroom with a gorgeous vessel tub, and a standing shower. On the ground-level floor, you will find the final guest bedroom with two queen beds, two twin XL beds, a Smart TV, and an attached bathroom. Outside the home, there is a propane grill, an outdoor serving bar, an outdoor shower, a private pool and hot tub with a heating option for $100 per night each. The house is equipped with complimentary WIFI. You will love the fact that this beautiful home is only a short walk from the wonderful white sandy beaches. Navarre Beach is a quaint beach community found just east of Pensacola and boasts 12 miles of sugar-white shoreline. Tucked between the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach Marine Park, this beach community offers solitude and simplicity, far from crowded theme parks and packed beaches. You will find solitude and simplicity for sun-seekers, families, outdoor adventurers, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts. Navarre’s pristine beaches are named among the best in the nation year after year. Visitors can sun on the beach, swim in emerald waters, enjoy a picnic in the park, or pedal along a scenic bike path.

While you’re here be sure to visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. Guests can learn all about sea turtles including local celebrity Sweet Pea, a rescued green sea turtle, and conservation education. Snorkel and shore divers will enjoy the beautiful Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and artificial reef ideal for snorkeling and diving for any skill level. Rent a bike, kayak, or paddleboard at Sage Paddle Company, catch your own dinner at Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, visit the animals at Gulf Breeze Zoo, or take a scenic drive, just minutes from your cozy vacation home down to Pensacola Beach.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. If you’re lucky, you might catch them practicing on any given day while relaxing on the beach. Pensacola Beach also hosts an air show each July, and there is a show over the Naval Air Station each November. If seeing the Blue Angels isn’t enough, venture over to the Pensacola Navy Base for public access to the National Naval Aviation Museum, a Pensacola favorite, offering a rich historical experience for kids and adults alike. Onsite of the base is the Pensacola Lighthouse Museum where you can climb up the winding staircase for breathtaking views or walk down the boardwalk to take pictures on Barrancas Beach.
