  • Ontspan in deze sound voor studio retraite die biedt slaapplaats voor 4. De aangepaste slider zorgt voor een eigen queen-sized slaapkamer, en er is een comfortabele queen-sized slaapbank in de woonkamer.

    Deze schat is volledig gerenoveerd en is gloednieuw op de huurmarkt. U zult roestvrij stalen apparaten, granieten aanrecht, nieuwe kasten en bamboe vloeren te vinden. Alles wat u nodig heeft om uw maaltijden te bereiden is te vinden in deze zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Er is ook een wasmachine / droger voor uw gemak.

    Gelegen op de 3e verdieping van een lift gebouw, wordt u geboden mooi geluid uitzicht, evenals een privéstrand en een vissteiger. Als je zin om te koken buiten, er is een eigen soundside tuinhuisje met grills.

    Afkoelen na een lange stranddag in het prachtige zwembad, vervolgens een wandeling over naar de eigen aanlegsteiger voor een prachtige zonsondergang.
    Er is zelfs parkeerplaats voor uw boot of jetski hier, dus breng je speelgoed voor een onvergetelijke vakantie in het best bewaarde geheim van Florida!

Had an amazing stay. We thought theee was a balcony looking out to the sound but there is not. Also, keep in mind the fridge is like a dorm fridge, so not a lot of room. These were things we just didn’t pick up on from the pictures or listing for whatever reason. These place is so cozy and still has an amazing view of the sound. Perfect for a 2-3 people! So nice to have a washer/dryer unit. Will definitely consider booking again.

This was our second time staying at this location. The pier, the grilling area, and bay access was amazing. We had our 2 year old with us and she was never bored! So much to do just on premises which is perfect for relaxing or with a little one to keep busy. The house was clean, and the washer/dryer was an added bonus!

Great Getaway

We booked last minute for a blue angels getaway weekend. Great result. Clean, great location, nicely outfitted, management was very good with communication. My wife and I plus our 5 year old loved it.

The unit was perfect for two people. I loved the privacy divider between living room/bedroom. The view was very nice, too. Unit was very clean and checkin was easy. I was glad I brought a wagon, as beach was farther than I expected. I also wish there would’ve been a convenience store/restaurant within walking distance. But, that’s just a first world issue, I suppose. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Nice clean cozy place.

Booking and checking in was a breeze! Although, if I were to have one complaint, a 9am check out was a bit too early. Other properties in this complex, which I have stayed, are 10am to 11am, which is much more realistic. Other than that, room was wonderful, owner was pleasant when we arrived, room was well decorated and up to date. AC thank goodness worked just fine. All in all everything was just fine. Highly recommend.

The unit was clean, grounds well maintained and there is a beautiful view of sound from the unit. I loved the retractable door between bedroom/living room. I also loved the travel mugs😊 I was glad I brought a wagon- beach is a bit of a jaunt, but doable.

Location was great, accomations perfect!Cost was way too high due to all the added fees for VBRO!!!There's no paperwork and everything is online so NOT sure what Administration costs could cost more than the actual rental. Cleaning costs are appropriate!
