Myself, 2 girlfriends, and 2 two year olds just spent 4 days at property, and overall we were very pleased with our stay, and will definitely be back. The communication with David, the owner, was amazing and made things so easy when we ran into a couple issues. I can definitely tell that David and his wife Alla really want their guests to have an amazing time and will quickly respond and fix any problems that might arise. The location is great, only about 12 mins to Navarre Beach, 25-30 to Pensacola, and about 40 mins to Destin. They have everything you need for your beach days(a ton of chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and 2 coolers, so no need to bring anything. There’s also a stroller available. The house is very spacious, the beds are comfortable, even the bunk room has functional beds that even adults could sleep in if you needed the space. The game room is perfect for all, very nice addition. There’s a nice office space for those who need to do some work while away from home. Full size washer and dryer, so you don’t need to pack a ton. The kitchen has everything you need, including a nice double air fryer, keurig and drip coffee maker, plus their were pods already there which was great. There is a high chair as well, but it’s small(my 2 year old couldn’t fit since she’s so tall) there’s a ton of seating for eating.The lanai by the pool was very relaxing, with a projector, which the little ones enjoyed. Lastly, the pool was great, especially with the hot tub!
