You will be on top of the world when you stay at this Beach Colony penthouse! Indulge yourself and stay at the very best Navarre Beach has to offer.

Your condo is located on the top of Beach Colony East Tower on the 19th floor (no one is above you) with breathtaking unobstructed easterly views of Navarre Beach on the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound.

The Penthouse includes 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Master suite offers a King- sized bed and adjoining master bath which includes a walk-in shower and a jetted Jacuzzi tub with unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master suite has a private door to the patio. The second bedroom also offers two full size beds with adjacent bathroom. Each bedroom has a flat screen LCD TV with DVD player.


Enjoy breakfast while you watch the sunrise over the Gulf from the balcony. The balcony is the perfect place to have your morning coffee while watching dolphins play! The dining room offers comfortable seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for the chef at heart. All necessary dishes and utensils are provided. This unit also includes a commercial ICE MAKER to ensure your beverages for the beach are ice cold! You have a washer and dryer in the unit and all linens are provided.

Enjoy the powdery soft white sands of Navarre Beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf with views all the way to Destin! Walk for miles looking for shells. Or sit back and relax in one of the two beach chairs and umbrella set up each morning for your use during the summer season. If you want to take a break from the pristine waters and white sands of Navarre Beach, take a dip in Beach Colony’s swimming pool (the largest on Navarre beach). Easily walk about 5 minutes to the longest fishing pier in the Gulf of Mexico! Don't buy beach toys until you see our toy area which contains a variety of items for your use at no charge.

Beautifully Breathtaking Views!

We really enjoyed our stay in Navarre Beach. The condo was conveniently equipped with so many useful items. Randy was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We saw beautiful sea life and bright turquoise water. It was much quieter than the Destin area which made the trip much more relaxing. We will be back to visit Navarre Beach for sure!

Loved the top floor!

We enjoyed our stay at the top floor penthouse - the view was amazing! Only one elevator was working during our stay, but we never waited longer than 1-2 minutes for a ride down or up. Condo was clean and had everything we needed! We would 100% recommend this rental!

Always a great stay!

Beautiful view!

Wonderful stay! Condo was clean and very comfortable. Views were amazing! We sat out on balcony with our binoculars and saw dolphins, schools of bait fish, a tarpon, several other larger fish, and even a shark! So fun! Enjoyed the beach and the pool! It was just what we needed for a vacation!

Best beach week of my life

A nice welcoming surprise greeted us. terrific property in great location. Stocked with incidentals (rubbing alcohol etc) like a home would be. All appliances worked . A binder with all the info about the unit and surrounding attractions. The air & water temp perfect. Gulf water clear and mostly calm. Turtles and dolphins. What more could you want. Randy was easy to txt with. I would rent from him anytime.

Fantastic getaway!

We had an amazing week at this condo! The view is fantastic. Randy was an amazing host. He answered any questions I had and checked in on us. The condo had everything we could want for a week stay. There is a fantastic closet right outside the door full of stuff for the beach including a beach wagon, extra chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, pool floats! The two beach chairs and umbrella included on the beach were a bonus! We love the Beach Colony property and have stayed here twice. My children enjoyed the pool. We will be back! Thank you!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The gift basket with snacks and wine was a nice added touch. The condo was very clean and well equipped.. Randy was super helpful with reservation as we had an issue with VRBO payment system. Recommend this area as it was not crowded, even during spring break.
