This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and features a bright, open-concept main floor with sweeping Gulf views. Relax in the stylish living area on all-new furnishings, dine at the table for six, or pull up a stool at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from beach snacks to full family meals, and just outside is a brand-new, oversized deck with a gas grill—perfect for dining al fresco or catching the sunset.
Also on the main level is a spacious bedroom with two queen-sized beds, new carpet, and a full bathroom nearby.
Upstairs, the large Gulf-front primary suite includes a king-sized bed, private deck access, and a spa-like en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a separate water closet. Another king bedroom on this level shares access to the large bath. All bedrooms are outfitted with new carpet and large flat screen TVs for your enjoyment.
Downstairs, the ground-level fourth bedroom offers extra privacy and is a great space for teens or a second family. It features a trundle bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, full bath, and sliding glass doors that lead to a shaded deck just steps from the beach.
After your day in the sun, rinse off under the outdoor shower, relax on the lower deck, or sort through your beachcombing finds. There’s also a garage for storing all your beach gear, parking for four vehicles, and a full-size laundry room for added convenience.
Your small pup is welcome with owner approval. A $200 per pet fee applies (maximum of two dogs; no cats allowed). Please note that dogs are not permitted on the Gulf beach.
Touch of Paradise is located right next door to Pops’ Promise, making it a great option if your group needs multiple homes in one amazing location.
No smoking is allowed in the home or on balconies. Events and parties are not permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25.
