This was a wonderful place to spend with family. Was very clean inside and out. Had a full kitchen to include crockpot, airfryer 2 coffee makers. Also had stuff for the kids to play outside. Beds where awesome. Plenty of towels bedding . The views are great. Would do a rental again .

Perfect Stay!

This beachfront rental was perfect! So clean and tidy. We really appreciated the cleanliness and that the kitchen was so organized. Every appliance that you could want was there from a crockpot, to an air fryer to a Keurig and full sized coffee pot. Beach towels were available for use, along with beach toys and 6 chairs and a small umbrella. Breathtaking view of the sunsets and a quiet beach. A nice long walk to the public pier to get your morning exercise and a specialty coffee truck right off the beach for a nice morning stop. Also was thankful that they gave us access to a vacuum that I could use every evening to clean up any sand that followed us in. From the front door, you had to go up about 20 steps or so, then the rest of the house was a nice flat layout. This could be great if we brought my aging mother along next time as once up the stairs she would love to just sit on the deck and take in the beach views. The only surprise that I missed reading somewhere in the renter's agreement was the extra $300.00 security deposit they automatically reserved on our credit card on file about two days before we arrived. Would definitely come back!

Great stay in a beautiful home

This property was exactly as listed. It was super clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and a 2 year old. We didn’t even use one bedroom and one bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were nice. The air fryer was a great surprise! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. We made good use of the beach toys that were there. Even the area under the house was very clean and the outdoor shower was clean and convenient. It rained a lot this week so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful deck overlooking the ocean as much as we would have liked but it was great! Communication with Michelle, leading up to our stay was easy and she was always quick to respond. We didn’t have any problems during our stay but I feel confident that they would have been handled quickly if we did. Overall this was the best property we ever rented at the beach . We can’t wait to go back and will definitely book this property again!

Excellent private beach home

This is one of the best homes we have stayed in. There were ten of us on this trip and there were plenty of beds and plenty sitting space. The home was very well stocked and most important of all, it was very clean. The best part of all was the short walk to the beach. The private access to the beach is just over a small hill. The beach was very private, even with a public entrance a couple of houses away. The outside shower has both cold and hot water and it was great for rinsing away all the sand. We would definitely book this house again.

Paradise

This place was amazing!!! It was the perfect home to relax and enjoy the sun. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded and the house is clean and well put together. I would highly recommend. One thing I will say is it isn’t stocked as well as some so bring your own shampoo, salt and pepper as well as laundry soap.

Best ocean vacation

Super clean! The house has all of the amenities you need for a great beach vacation. The full size washer and dryer was great to keep up with all our beach laundry. It was a nice surprise to find the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and even cookie sheets. We really enjoyed our stay and everyone in our group looks forward to staying there again soon!!!

Best location for beach vacation!!!

This house was in the perfect location for our beach vacation. Woke up to a beautiful view every morning! The private beach access was the best for my family! The house was so clean and perfect! Best stay we have ever had on the beach!

Amazing!!!!

This is definitely our family’s favorite place we have stayed. When we arrived the house was nice and cool and extremely clean! The view can’t be beat! The pictures do not do it justice. We had 3 families with 4 kids total and everyone had their own space and their own bathroom!! The kitchen had everything you could ever need. There is an outdoor shower and also another place to wash your feet off outside when you come off the beach. You can be from the porch to the beach in one minute! We were there during the 4th of July week which is a very busy time of the year but we had plenty of space on the beach and it was not crowded at all. We had one minor issue the first day but Michelle was very quick to respond and had it resolved quickly! We loved everything about this house and hope to be back soon!

Family vacation 2023

So glad I found this house for our family beach vacation! This was everything we wanted and more. The location was perfect and the space for large family was plentiful. The interior makes you truly feel like your are at the beach. The colors are my favorite and the patio deck was a family favorite gathering spot every night. Navarre is our favorite beach to vacation that doesn’t feel so crowded. Our daughter was surprised with a proposal on the beach and it was perfect! Coastal Palms Beach Cottage will now forever be my go to house in Navarre with all the special memories made! Thank you so much Michelle

Relaxing spot

This property was perfect! Just a walk over the dunes to the beach. It was the perfect spot for spring break. There is so much room to spread out and everything was so clean and well kept. Would definitely book it again.

September Vacation

This property was perfect for my family. Enough room for two small families. The home is extremely nice, the beach location was great, plenty as families and people enjoying the beach, but also spaced out enough still feels private. The people at Navarre are all on the same page and ready to relax! We will be back

Perfect family beach house

We found this place last minute after our long-awaited vacation had to be cancelled. We lucked out to say the least. From the first moment I was in contact with the owner, she was accommodating and helpful. She promptly responded to my several questions about the property and the area. The house was perfect for us! It was extremely well maintained and clean. The kitchen was open, spacious and well appointed. We felt at home as soon as we walked into the ice cold house. The beds were comfortable and pillows were plentiful. The bathrooms were all nicely located and updated. All appliances worked excellent and appeared new. The deck was huge and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. The poly material is very expensive and it holds up very well. Plenty of shaded parking under the house. We had the beach to ourselves or so it felt. The water was beautiful and lots of shells for the kids. We couldn’t have been happier with the place, truly. If I had to make any minor comment it would be the missing dune pier that leads to the beach. It was the only missing piece to our wonderful stay. But please don’t let this deter anyone from booking this lovely house. Thanks again, we will be back!

Awesome location and beautiful house

My wife and I stay at a lot of vacation homes. I would definitely recommend this house. The house looks brand new inside and it has a perfect location on the beach. We had six in our party and the home could have easily accommodated 4 adults and six children. The property is located on the quiet part of the beach, with a bike ride to WindJammers restaurant.

Perfect spot in navarre

House is on small side but we are a family of 8. Great location. Close enough to bridge to run to town, but far enough from big high rises so no crowds on beach. No complaints at all. At the beach in 30 seconds. Great big porch overlooking gulf. Kids loved it!
