Discover the beauty of Navarre from this charming 3-bedroom house. Guests will find two queen beds and a 6 bunk beds, perfect for families or groups. With three bathrooms, including two featuring relaxing bathtubs and showers, everyone can enjoy their own space. There is even an outdoor shower to rinse off that salt and sun after an exciting day on the beach. The tranquil atmosphere invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re curling up with a book or sharing stories in the spacious living area, this tremendous home offers comfort and ease. The 5 decks give you and your guests the opportunity to smell that breath of fresh ocean air and to hear the waves roar at night. You will be able to sit your large group on the back deck to share meals and memories with one another. In addition, there are high top chairs for 4 with a large table to play card games, share cocktails or just stare past the vast palm trees and into the sky to see the beautiful stars. There are also high top chairs and tables in the front of the house as well so no matter the time of the day, you can enjoy the sun or shade.
We have the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico, just 2 blocks away where you can search for sea turtles, dolphins and rays, which we have plenty of. Perhaps take in a day of fishing from the pier. There is fishing gear and some poles available for use for our guests. If you are a water person, then you will love the many artificial reefs we have that are easily accessible from the last walk over past the Gulf Pavilions in the sea turtle conservation park. I have supplied the home with snorkels, pool noodles and life jackets. Take out a paddleboard or kayak which are also provided to our guests as we want you to take in everything Navarre has to offer. I've also provided 3 total kayaks for use including a 2 person kayak. There is a floating lily pad and a variety of pool floats to use as well as buckets of sand toys and shovels for the kids. You can rent a golf cart locally and take a stroll down the island and capture the beautiful sunset at the far end of the island.
There is a wine cooler in the master bedroom to keep your favorite bottle of wine and enjoy your drinks on the upper deck. There is also a sun lounger to lay out and relax if you are so inclined.
We have a variety of chairs, umbrellas, and canopy for you and your guests, along with tote and shell bags. There is also a pink box of locally found shells, all from Navarre Beach that you are welcome to take as a souvenir or maybe hide some on the beach for the kids to find.
If you are wanting to explore the island, you will certainly want to find the Mermaid Mailbox. Please go to Mermaid Mailbox-Navarre Beach, Florida on social media and set out on an adventure. There are clues to the mailbox as the exact location is a well-guarded secret. You will want to take a treasure and leave a treasure for the next person to find. If you forget, there are some goodies hanging in the garage to bring along.
If you are looking for good dining, you will find it within a few short blocks of Sand Dollar Dream. Be sure to take in the good vibes from our local artists who play tunes regularly as Juanas, Andy D's, Windjammers and others within walking distance. There are also regular bingo nights, karaoke etc. Please check their website for a list of the events that are posted weekly. If you enjoy shopping, we always encourage buying local and giving back to this little slice of paradise.
