This adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is located just steps from the white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Navarre Beach and is right next door to the Sea Cottage. Centrally located and within walking distance to local shops and restaurants too. Beach access just across the street!

Enjoy a late night movie on the large flat screen TV from the comfy living room sofa or head back to your bedroom for a great nights sleep in the cozy queen bed. From the bedroom step out onto the north facing, private balcony and take in some fresh gulf air and sunshine. The bathroom, with walk-in shower, is located in the hallway just outside of the bedroom for easy access.

Make your favorite seafood meals or a picnic lunch for the beach in this cute kitchen! Fully equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer too! Charcoal grill on premises. Also comes with a beach cart and two chairs!

My daughter & I stayed here for a softball tournament. Easy location to get to the beach. Unit is stocked with anything you need. Super easy to check in & enjoyed our stay. Make sure you check out the cute coffee truck just down the way.

Had a Awesome, was very close to beach. The only thing we didnt realize it is a Upstairs from the business office. Wasn't a problem. Bed was alittle firm. But all in all was a perfect place for a short weekend stay. Close to Navarre Pier went a few days for sunrise.

Great location! Excellent condo!!

Property was so clean. A/C was EXCELLENT! A fantastic amenity after a day at the beach. Came fully stocked with cleaning supplies, washer, dryer, everything we could need. However we didn't use anything except the Palmolive to wash dishes LOL They had TVs in LR and BR. Perfect for entertaining a feisty 3 YR granddaughter who was with us for her first time at the beach. We cannot find anything to complain about. Only "negative" (if it really is???) was the door the patio is in the bedroom and it is frosted but it does nothing to block out the light. So we had 630 AM wake-up calls. LOL I would just suggest a shade on the door for future stays, but it's really not a huge deal for me, I pulled the blanket over my head. My husband is the one it bugged LOL My granddaughter and I slept through it. (She can sleep through ANYTHING!). If you are looking to go to Navarre Beach and want a nice place to stay that is minutes from the restaurants on the mainland, and just a walk from the beach (30 second drive), DO NOT pass this property up!!!!!!

Anniversary Trip

Love the central location and ease of getting to the beach. Beautiful property that met every need. One suggestion would be for the area where the water hose is located: stepping stones or a concrete pad/walkway would be nice. Once we rinsed off our chairs and legs, we tracked grass back onto the deck and front door of our property. The staff was extremely helpful and considerate.

Surpringly great !

This was one of the cleanest, well stocked vacation rentals I’ve known. The owners gave great attention to quality and detail in putting this unit together. I found everything that I needed. I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the laundry room. They have a kuerig coffee maker but the listing doesn’t specify that, so bring some pods ! I saw a great collection of games there, also. The unit is well organized and the bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the efforts of the owners and the management people were great. We never had to call for anything after a smooth check in. Highly recommend.

What a find!! This cottage was very clean, fully stocked with everything you’d need for your stay including a beach wagon and beach chairs, and perfect for my 2 adults and 2 children. It’s located right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico! We’ll be back!!

Wonderful unit! Spacious, extremely clean and updated! Just a walk from the beach and short drive to the most beautiful and longest beach we have seen, The National Seashore Beach! We’ve been to Hawaii, VI, and Sanibel Island, and Michigan beaches.
