Only 2 Minutes Brisk Walk Across The Road to Beautiful Emerald Coast Beach!!

Upon arrival, you will park close to building number one, the first building on your right. Access is through the second set of stairs as you come in. There is NO ELEVATOR! Your space is on the first floor, Unit 111.

Perks to this first-level condo are the VIEWS. The pool is directly in front of the unit and palm trees are in every window. Once you arrive at Unit 111, you will walk into an ambiance of modernized beach decor, walk to the sliding doors, and step onto your balcony, where you have beautiful views of the community pool.

We have stocked the condo with a 55" smart TV in the living room, a 43" in the master bedroom, and 32" in the second bedroom each bedroom is equipped with Roku. Log In with your account and enjoy Netflix, Sling, Hulu, Prime Video, CH+, Vudu, and Youtube. Cable and WiFi are provided. You will have two passes that must be worn by each guest who plans to use the pool amenities. There is a sleeper sofa located in the living room, a small dining table with two chairs, and a beach wagon in the living room. Your washer and dryer are also located in the living room.


This condo has a fully stocked kitchen with new countertops and three barstools.

You have two full baths, one bathroom in the hall with a stand-up shower and another in the master bedroom with a tub/shower combination. We do include a hairdryer aside from amenities provided by the cleaning company.

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a nightstand, a dresser, and a closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstand, reclining chair, closet, and dresser.

We have provided a beach wagon for your convenience to use during your stay. Also, for your convenience, there is a grocery delivery service called Grocery Concierge. This company will get your groceries and stock the condo for a fee. You can research and find their website online by searching the name of the company.

The complex has one pool for your use. Be sure to wear your pool pass while at the pool. This pool is not heated. There are some grills on the grounds for your use as well.

We use a cleaning company that provides the needed amount of rags, towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels. There will be dishwasher detergent, a bathroom shower mat for stepping out of the tub, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. If you need more rags or towels, there is a washer and dryer in this unit. These are travel-sized amenities, so think hotel.

FUN LOCAL RENTALS TO DO CLOSE BY - kayaks, paddleboards, jet skis, bicycles, scooters, pontoon boats, sailboats, parasailing, waterpark, fly the boat, dolphin tours, and craigcats!

You are a 1-minute drive or 5-minute walk to all of the food and drink locations for Navarre Beach. Enjoy any of these; Broussard's of Navarre Beach, Juana's Pagodas, Sailors Grill, Beach House Bar and Grille, Windjammer's, Navarre fishing pier, and the gift shop of the pier.

You have a gas station on Navarre Beach, but you will have to drive back across the bridge for shopping needs. There you can find a Dollar Store, Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn Dixie, and a few tourist locations like Navarre Seafood Market, TC's Front Porch, Vine Wine Bar and Shop, Shark Bite Navarre, TOMMY'S SNOBALLS, and more!

From your condo, you are:
-20 min drive to Fort Walton
-20 min drive to Pensacola Beach
-47 min drive to Downtown Pensacola
-15 min drive to Gulf Breeze Zoo
-30 min drive to National Seashore

ABSOLUTELY NO LATE CHECKOUTS-10 min past 10 am will result in a minimum of $100.00 late fee, anything above 10 minutes will result in a fee increase.

There is plenty of parking at this complex, your building is the very first building in the complex. There is a large dumpster at the back of the unit for your use. There is a community pool as well!
