'I was so happy with this condo, it was perfect in every way and couldn’t have been better in the few days I spent there. It was clean, which is very important to me, it was in a perfect location, the gulf in front, ocean behind. The condo itself had everything you could imagine for cooking meals and plenty of room for seating. Just adorable!I’m definitely going back for a longer stay next summer.'

'Wonderful stay! Perfect for just me and my husband. We enjoyed the peaceful location and beautiful waterfront view. Only downside was the bed. Wasn't terribly comfortable. Also, we could not find the trash chute that the instructions said there was by the elevator. Otherwise, everything was very nice.'

'Honestly thought this property was perfect for a quick stay with a friend! 'Over all the place was nice and cozy. The water pressure was very weak but ok. TV was very limited channels to watch unless you have a Roku account. Maybe I could have reached out to owner and got a pass but I didn't. Also the dinning room ac would start about 30sec and then would cut off for awhile but never reached out about that either because it wasn't to bad in the place. The bedroom ac worked great. Cute quite little place. Enjoyed our stay. '

'Check in was a little difficult. Did not receive lock code until late evening. Had to contact VRBO twice the day of to get lock code from host. Other than that the stay was great. Perfect for one person or a couple. Comfy and quiet. The AC works great. It’s like a private hotel room with a small yard and bbq grill. Worked out perfect for me. I would stay again. '

'I truely enjoyed our stay in this tastefully renovated historic home. It was a very comfortable space that was super clean, close to great amenities and managed well. The entire booking and access process was simple and the management team were great communicators.This will be favorited as one of my go to spots here in Pensacola. 'We were very happy with our stay. I have done a few Vrbo’s and this one had so much of everything you need. Lots of little extras. It was a property with 4 units. Everyone who stayed there had dogs and all hung out in the nice big yard! Lots of chairs, fire pit and a grill! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would stay here again! If you are looking for a place to go with a group and everyone wants their own space this it the place. Together but your own space!,,'
