'It was a nice stay, but the front desk staff needs to stand up when registering guests.'

'People nice Breakfast good The room had bed bugs'

'I love this hotel when I visit Connecticut! The location- off of Interstate 84 in Southbury is very convenient. The staff are always available for the guests. There is a restaurant on the premises, and the hotel through Expedia lets you know the hours they are open. Our room was spacious and housekeeping is excellent!!!'

'Very spacious room, bathroom a bit thight though. Looked oké, but the bathroom fan (I think was old) made a noise like a helicopter and the carpet was full of stains. There was an altercation beneath our window and the police was called in. I stay over 90 days a year in hotels and absolutely never stayed in a place where something like this happened.'

'The recent positive reviews are extremely perplexing! Room was not clean (big cobwebs hanging from ceiling), room smelled, wallpaper peeling off walls throughout, there was a hole in the wall, stains on the walls, air/ heating unit was loud and rattled throughout the night and finally NO hot water. Do not be fooled - this is not an “Inn”. It is a motel and not a very nice one at that!'

'Definitely clean accommodation. Convenient parking and exit. Halloween decorations were very nice. It took me a day to figure our room temperature. I understand importance of cooler temps but I'm older so I like my room warmer. I ended up buying a throw blanket at nearby Target to make the temperature comfortable.'

'This hotel was a huge disappointment. The entire property smelled like cigarettes and cheap air freshener. One of our rooms shower didn’t work. The bed frames were cheap metal, and swwaky, and the bedding consisted of layers of sheets and a thin blanket. The rooms need new furnishings and paint. Will not recommend to anyone!'
