'Don't let the ride there dictate what you're going to think of the hotel because trust me the right there is really brutal but it is so so so so so worth it extremely beautiful the hotel itself is exceptional staff are very good I greatly enjoyed it I would show you some of the pictures but apparently there's no way to do that but I'm telling you it's worth it'

'Lovely inn at a very central location. I was clean and tidy. Bathroom was functional. We enjoyed our stay!'

'I found Arusha Giraffe Lodge with traditional room setting, named with traditional names and very helpful staff. Bar and dinning were very good and kitchen staff prepared breakfast with personalised timing to suit your time included.I enjoyed staying in this Lodge.'

'Fantastische ervaring ,geweldige bediening, een oase van rust👍👍👍👍'

'Goed hotel (zen plek) vlak bij een drukke straat. Personeel is erg behulpzaam! Ontbijt is top!'

'Chambre impeccable personnel accueillant '

'This hotel is like an oasis in the busy centre of Arusha town, next to the Clock Tower. It is a hotel dating back to the 1930's but the renovations would lead you to believe it was built in the past 5 years. The gardens are luscious with lots of vegetation. There is a pool and gym on site but had no time to check out either. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and knowledgable. The restaurant menu was great for breakfast and dinner, with lots of options. The rooms were clean. Not...

'Er was een probleem met de betaling, het hotel was vooruit betaald bij hotels.com, maar men diende toch nog ter plekke ook nog eens te betalen omdat het hotel verkocht was en zij een andere bankrekening hadden. De staff was zeer onwillig en onvriendelijk hierover'

'The staff eas very helpful and nice can't say anything i didn't like would highly recommend'

'Het betreft een hotel midden in een woonwijk waar geen toeristen zijn. In de avond is het niet veilig om rond te lopen en er is niet zoveel te doen. Dus als je daar een overnachting hebt dan is het prima. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Kamer gewoon gemiddeld maar niet denderend. Eten was goed en de kok komt ook persoonlijk aan tafel om feedback op te halen en of je nog iets wilt etc.. Wat dat betreft erg flexibel. '

'Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms in a very good state. Hotel very well located. The only thing that could be improved is the size of the bed and sound proof windows, due to the outside traffic. Thank you very much for the stay.'

'Staff was great. Sometimes difficult to understand through their accent.'

'The hotel was very nice with nice rooms and a good atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast and diner were good. Definitely a good place to start or rest from your safari.'

'They practiced price hiking and charged me $150 for rooms that usually rent $70 per night. Terrible'

'This hotel is easy to access and very simple for drivers to find, featuring a nice and well-maintained outside environment. While the room itself is a bit small, it remains acceptable and offers a truly great view. However, the cleanliness is only average, and the bathroom is in noticeable need of some upkeep. The biggest disappointment was the buffet breakfast, which was highly limited to begin with; it starts at 7:00 AM, but by the time I arrived around 8:00 AM, a medium-sized group had...

'The staff was helpful and quite accomodating. The hotel is also centrally located. At the time of my stay, there was no functional gym room however there are multiple gyms in the area. I would definetly book this hotel again next time im in Arusha.'
