'This property is always clean and staff is very friendly and kind. We now stay here every time we go down to visit our son and see OU football games. There is great food and bars around the hotel in Bricktown. There is less traffic than a main st in a town of 9000 people.'

'Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay.'

'The 2nd night we came in late and our air conditioner was not working. We ran it on fan all night as we didn't want to change rooms at that time. The hotel has been renovated but the carpet is still old. The location was great for the area around the Devon park and seemed very safe'

'We reserved and paid two nights. Over $650.00. Upon arrival our room was changed to a different area of the property. The room was awful. The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. There were crickets chirping behind the beds, ticks crawling underneath the gaps in the door, water and electrical pipes all exposed on the ceiling. The workout gym was full of water and machines covered in mud. The property is run down and felt unsafe. We stayed just two hours and had to...

'I booked and paid for the property over 2 weeks in advance. We were arriving late, so I called ahead to confirm they were still holding the room for me. Upon arrive they did not have my prepaid room available and said they only had a single bed available. No rollaway cot or pullout couch to accommodate my party of 3. No offer to provide extra blankets or pillows. When asked to get compensated they told me I would have to reach out to Expedia to have them ask for a refund.'

'We took our daughters to a concert there, and while they were able to walk to the concert’s venue we stayed for the “social hour” at the dining room. They gave us carnitas tacos (because of taco Tuesday) beer and wine. My husband and I really enjoyed a couple hours talking, eating and drinking peacefully!!! We loved our stay there!!! Next morning the breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. 10/10'
