'Very nice place and very clean. Safe area. I booked this place for my son and his new wife on their wedding night. Of course it was a late check in due to the wedding, but the front desk said there were not anymore king size bed rooms and they would have to stay in double queen room. When we reserved the room we reserved a king size bed room. So, not sure if this an expedia issue or the hotel not accommodating issue. Mind you they were still in their wedding clothes, so it was obvious.'

'Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay.'

'This is in a great location to Bricktown. You could walk to it. The room itself was great with some really nice personal touches. It was very clean. The location of the actual room was awful though. It was right across from the front desk and so was incredibly loud from every direction. I would definitely recommend repurposing this room all together. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.'

'We reserved and paid two nights. Over $650.00. Upon arrival our room was changed to a different area of the property. The room was awful. The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. There were crickets chirping behind the beds, ticks crawling underneath the gaps in the door, water and electrical pipes all exposed on the ceiling. 'We had to book rooms for our softball team trip to OKC for the Women's College World Series after our VRBO canceled on us at the very last minute. VRBO gave us this hotel as an alternative option. We booked 6 rooms to accommodate our group at over $6k for 3 nights. Room rates were $350 per night. Immediately following booking, we found an alternative that worked better for us, so we canceled the rooms. They would only refund $4k back, leaving a youth softball team to eat $2k in "fees". 'The Ambassador is a fantastic hotel — people, location and accommodations. We flew into OKC during a terrific storm, and the staff could not have been more supportive.
