'This is the worst hotel I have ever booked via Hotels.com. I stayed in Room 4, right under steps and all night you can hear people going up and down. TV did not work and it was extreamly dirty behind TV. Carpet was full of stains including what looks like an Iron that burned the carpet by the bathroom. Bed skirt was coverred in stains. Chair by the desk is broken and also full of stains. Curtains are to small for the window and a blue neon light from outside keep the room very bright. Breakfast...

'People leave a 1 star or 5 star review for everything these days, so I see ratings like this and think “yeah, right”. Well, this time it was right… virtually flawless from start to finish. Plenty of spacious parking spaces. My host found the rate balance between friendly and not overly familiar. I was arriving late so I was sensibly put by the front door, presumably to not disturb other guests. The room was immaculate.
