'Worst stay I’ve had in years! Room keys didn’t work. There was no blanket. The ventilation was poor. There was no water pressure. The room was decorated poorly and had no ambience. 'Everything was fine but the pillows. To soft and too small'

'Rooms could have been cleaner , the tub has black rings from old rubber mats and looks dirty. This could be cleaned up . The AC unit had the dirtiest filters I have ever seen being in the field for 27 years. I cleaned them before I turned it on . Highly recommend. And I cleaned the floor with bleach wipes . '
