Entering through the front door of this cozy, street-side cottage feels like you are walking into the comfort of your own home! With ample amounts of space and comfy seating, this seems the perfect arena for a gathering of family or friends. Enjoy the opportunity to relax together with a good movie or to just sit and visit with one another. The queen size sofa bed is hidden away in the living room for extra guests or to make a fun sleepover for the kids.

This spacious area also includes a large dining table, along with the kitchen, which will allow for the festivities to continue as meals are being prepared and enjoyed. The kitchen is perfect, with all of the modern amenities for preparing everyone’s favorite meal!

As you venture down the hallway, you will find more choices for the sleeping arrangement needs of your group. The first left is a private bedroom with a large king size bed. To the right, a full bath big enough for sharing.
Further down the hallway, you will find two more doors. To your right, a large bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath.
The left-hand door that leads to another bedroom with a second king size bed and a half bath. In the rear of this room is a door that will take you to the fenced deck running across the rear of the house.
Out here, you will find a 4-person hot tub with lots of privacy. What better way to relax after a busy day of shopping or playing golf than to pamper yourself with a luxurious soak? You could also use this area, with a gas grill and outdoor furniture to have a patio party!

The owners have done their best to ensure the privacy of their guests. The home is immaculate and stocked with plenty of towels and linens for the whole group! There is private parking at North house, a luxury in Nashville! Staying in this cottage will allow you the relaxing time away from home that you have been looking forward to. Sit on the front porch with a glass of wine and just watch the world go by. Or, take advantage of the TV in each bedroom to turn in early and enjoy your favorite program in a quiet place.

If you want to be close by all that Nashville has to offer, you could not make a better choice than North House! This is a wonderful retreat while exploring all of the village’s 250-plus shops and craft galleries that are renowned throughout the Midwest.
