Our charming and spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house with attached garage is conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Downtown Nashua is only 15 minute walk away, and there's a bus stop steps away. The backyard with grape vines and fruit trees is fully fenced, which is great for pets. Two fully equipped kitchens and 5 sleeping areas provides plenty of room for everyone. The garage and driveway are big enough for 5 cars. Our place is perfect for families or groups of friends.

THE SPACE

3 bedrooms, 5 Beds, 2 bathroom with Keyless, Contactless Entry, and in unit Washer and Dryer.

FIRST FLOOR

Master bedroom has a king size bed that’s very comfortable, the couch in the pictures folds down and turns into a (full size) sleeping area for 2 Adults comfortably. In the 2nd bedroom is a bunk bed with a Twin size and Full size mattress.

There is a full Bathroom and we offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels (body and hand), face cloths, and toiletries are all supplied.

Living room and kitchen are open concept with a kitchen table (4 chairs) and an island w/ 2 chairs. The kitchen is complete with all cookware, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and full size fridge.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom has a Queen size bed that’s very comfortable, the couch in the pictures folds out and turns into a (full size) sleeping area for 2 Adults comfortably.

There is a full Bathroom and we offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels (body and hand), face cloths, and toiletries are all supplied.

Living room and kitchen are open concept with a kitchen table (4 chairs). The kitchen is complete with all cookware, microwave, Keurig coffee makers and full size fridges.

Balcony off of the bedroom leads to the fully fenced backyard.

EXTERIOR

Large fully fenced in back yard, patio set outback with 6 chairs, and we also have a cornhole set up for guests to use.

Garage space for 1 vehicle and up to 4 more vehicles on the driveway.

GUEST ACCESS

There are washer and dryer in the basement. The guests should only access the basement for laundry. Other facilities and items in the basement are off limits to the guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Individual making the booking must be 25 or older.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place 10PM - 7AM to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our guests, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.
