The newly updated wrap around deck extends from the front to back yard with plenty of comfortable outdoor dining space and lounge options a new grill and gas fire pit, 6-person hot tub and luxurious outdoor shower!

Enjoy the stylish mid-century inspired decor with soaring ceilings and skylights filling the space with natural light; open-space living concept connects the fully equipped modern kitchen and island to a spacious dining area with plenty of seating.

Spacious living and entertainment room with three full size sofas and sliding glass doors to both sides of the house, smart TV and a reading nook.

Comfortable bathroom with washer and dryer and shower.

Three comfortable, quiet and cool bedrooms with ample closet space.

Enjoy the beautiful yard, fully fenced in with a mixture of the natural setting and landscaped gardens and take a walk in the friendly and quaint neighborhood, quick bike ride or car drive to the beach!

We provide all bath towels, face and hand towels, linens, cooking pans, dining dishes/glassware/silverware and starter dish/dishwasher/hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products.

Also provided: Beach towels, beach chairs(we have four adult chairs and 4 children’s chairs), cooler and beach toys available

We are pet friendly! (Pet fee applies, make sure to include your pet in the reservation for accurate pricing)

We have 2 adult bikes and 4 children’s bikes available.

There is firewood available for the wood burning fire pit and gas is provided for the gas pit and grill (upon arrival the tanks should have some gas in them, should you use it up, tanks can be exchanged at nearby gas stations)
