Custom-built with energy efficient construction and tastefully designed for entertaining. This home boasts a comprehensive open floor plan and attention to detail throughout. The Harbour Island community is nestled on a peninsula that jets into the salt pond. Enjoy barbecuing on our expanded deck leading onto a stone patio and one of the largest back yards on the island. Walk down our street to kayaking, clamming, and paddle boarding on Point Judith Pond. Two waterfront hiking trails are also located within walking distance. Our property is surround by four of Narragansett’s finest beaches just minutes away, and up the street from a quaint private association beach/swim area (the dock is for members only). Close to the Pier, restaurants, fresh seafood, farmers market, shopping, Block Island ferry, Newport festivals, Ocean State Pickleball, Shephard’s Run and town center.

ALL LINENS INCLUDED - Bath towels, beach towels, blankets, and coverlets are provided. Fresh sheets arrive at your front door the day of your arrival from our vacation rental linen service at no charge. Simply bag them in the satchel they arrived in at check-out.
We want you to enjoy your stay and not have to pack incidentals. Dish soap, laundry detergent, bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, and beach chairs are all on site.

- 7-night minimum, late June to mid-September. Rentals are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY unless monthly or discussed with the owner. Short and long-term stays are available the rest of the year with check-in any day
- 2-night minimum shoulder and winter seasons at discounted rates
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Signed rental agreement required
- Strict cancellation policy per VRBO guidelines in Summer, relaxed in Shoulder Season
- 2 exterior-only security cameras facing the driveway
- Brochures for charter fishing, kayak, bike, and paddle board rentals available on site
