This ground-floor apartment, Pino 1, is adjacent to the terrace at the centre of Pino Residence, an attractive new resort just a 20-minute walk from the stunning Torre Lapillo beach. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people and makes the ideal holiday base for friends or family who want to relax and explore the beautiful Salento Peninsula. As part of a modern residence, guests can enjoy a large shared swimming pool with an on-site restaurant and bar.

At the front of the apartment, guests will find an attractive private courtyard, furnished with a dining table and chairs, for memorable meals al fresco. The front door from the courtyard opens into an open-plan kitchen/dining/seating area. This is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and new, fitted kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, fridge/freezer and a Mokka coffee machine.

Pino Residence has a terraced garden, which includes a shared swimming pool, BBQ facilities and a restaurant and bar for guests.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: This second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (which can be joined) and a chest of drawers.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a single bed.

Pino Residence consists of 6 private apartments with 3 bedrooms, 6 apartments with 2 bedrooms and 6 apartments with 1 bedroom, making it ideal for larger groups. The assigned apartments may slightly vary from the photographs.

Extra Charges and Information
A cot is available for €20, and a high chair is available for €15 upon request, subject to availability.
The outdoor pool is open daily from 09:00 to 15:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. The pool is located 80 metres away, inside the Toto Residence.
Sunbeds by the pool can be rented at the following rates: €7 for half day and €13 for full day.
Extra services are available for a fee and include a bar, restaurant, and pizzeria.

Location
The resort of Torre Lapillo is known for its beautiful beach, which is 1.3km of soft sand and crystal-clear waters. The gentle slope of the shoreline makes it ideal for children. Away from the sea, the town has everything holidaymakers might need during their stay. Supermarkets, smaller food shops and a wide range of restaurants and pizzerias to suit all ages and budgets.

The neighbouring resort of Porto Cesareo also has beautiful beaches and lively nightlife. The town’s weekly market (Thursday) is the best place to find the finest local food, including olive oil and a variety of cheeses.

Further down the Ionian coast, the historic town of Gallipoli (35 minutes) is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months. In Greek, Gallipoli means “beautiful city” and the town does not disappoint. The town’s ancient walls soar over the harbour and fishing port. There is a daily fish market where if you go early you can pick up the freshest catch of the day.

The closest airport is at Brindisi, 55 minutes away by car.
