It`s near the famous beaches of Torre Lapillo, Villetta Michela is a holiday home for rent near Porto Cesareo, in the area Boncore. It`s a two-floor house equipped with accessories such as air conditioning and washing machine, with a furnished courtyard and parking space. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Villetta Michela is an entirely fenced and modern holiday home. The outdoor are is furnished with table, chairs and barbecue. Moreover, there is an outdoor shower which is useful when coming back from the beach.
The small villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with air conditioning, open kitchen, 2 sofa beds each and a bathroom with shower. The inner staircase takes to the first floor with the air conditioned sleeping area, which consists of a triple bedroom with bunk beds and pull-out bed, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The surroundings of the holiday home
Villetta Michela is in the area of Boncore, part of Nardò, one kilometer away from the beautiful beaches of Torre Lapillo.
The small villa is 450 meters away form a supermarket, bar, newsstand
and tobacco shop, while it`s 300 meters away from a bakery. It`s a short
drive away from the beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Castiglione and Torre Chianca.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the hallway near bedroom.
