Character and charm for this stone cottage situated in a vineyard in operation at the edge of a small village, between the Corbières and Minervois. It is nestled in the heart of a panorama of landscapes, that this house is step between relaxation and discovery. This base is close to all tourist interests in the region: the Canal du Midi and Carcassonne (all 2 World Heritage Sites of UNESCO), the Cathar castles and abbeys, the village of Minerve on its rocky peak, the lake of Jouarre with sailing base ... and the white sandy beaches of Gruissan at 48 km.

The vineyard has 3 cottages this cottage, an other one for 5 people and the last one only for 2 people. These 3 cottages share the large pool.
The 160 m² divided on 2 levels is comfortably equipped for 6 people.
At ground floor: large living room of 45 m² with lounge and dining room, kitchen and separate toilet.
On 1st floor: 1 large bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 other bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Each of the 2 rooms has its private shower room with separate toilet.
The cottage has a private terrace facing the pool. Swimming pool of 12 m X 5 m offers 3 separate spaces : 1 American beach 0.40 m deep for small children, a wading pool of 1 m depth for children and an other space with 1.90 m depth. It is availbable from begining of April to the end of October.
Parking off road on the ground. Views over the pool and the hills of the Minervois. Free wireless connection. Sorry no pet allowed.
