'Check in was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Room was phenomenal and clean and ready to go. Perfect for what we needed. We used the pull out bed and they got linens to us within 10 minutes. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious. We are very pleased with our stay. To keep in mind. Parking is weird. They have a small access to load/unload and a parking lot further down and there is covered paid parking(we used) which is really affordable.'

'Parking is luck of the draw. Be prepared to parallel park or for a nice walk. Staff was amazing, good conversation and immediately attentive to glue together something of mine that broke in transit. Would stay again!'

'Everything was nice. We had an issue at check in, but it was Expedia app, not them. Another couple had the same problem. My only thing is that your can’t call and speak to anyone, it’s all thru email. The property was nice. Area was cool, plenty of parking. I would book again for sure'

'So Sarah and Jeanette couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Catering for gluten-free and dairy-free was a breeze. The Victorian room is just lovely, and parking was easy.'

'Always nice to stay at this property when visiting my Penn student. The bed was super comfortable but the bathroom was a little shabby this time. Also didn’t have cash for valet tip and asked the front desk if there was a cash machine. It was down due to building maintenance. She didn’t inform me the valets can accept Venmo. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to tip!'
